The DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) program is designed for top executives, entrepreneurs, public sector managers, and consultants seeking to enhance their research and strategic competencies. Over the course of three years, participants will engage in both theoretical and applied research, develop innovative projects, and defend a dissertation with the support of international academic advisors.
The program consists of three main modules: the Research Module, the Personal and Leadership Development Module, and the Practice-Oriented Module. Each module includes mandatory and elective components, allowing participants to tailor the curriculum to their professional interests. The program concludes with the completion of a research project and the defense of a doctoral dissertation.
